Business Policies & Terms:
Payment is required in full before shipment or local pick up. All sales of natural and reclaimed building materials are final, no returns accepted. Payment methods - credit card, bank wire, and business check.
Shipment of timbers and large bundles of siding requires you have to equipment on site to unload. There are no exceptions to this policy.
E.K. West Ventures will not be held liable for any timbers that fail structurally or are installed improperly. Structural ratings are available.
